The Agora's Event Venue
The Agora’s primary floor-plan is a 2,400 sq. ft. ballroom-like space.
With the onset of the coffeehaus, the space is now halved with two different vibes:
One half dedicated as a flexible event space.
The other half as the cozy coffeehaus.
Don’t let this fool you – the two halves still make a whole beautiful space.
What does the space have to offer?

- x4 6-foot slim rectangle tables
- 100 folding chairs
- Various cozy seating nooks
- Primarily black tablecloths, with tan tablecloths used for the slim tables
- Audio system with two wireless microphones
- Podium with microphone holder
- Projector + portable 100" screen
- Secured high-speed WiFi
- Ice machine & refrigerator
- Family bathroom with wheelchair accessible stall and baby changing station
- Coffee catering available
What else should I know?
- Occupancy rating depends on event layout; the event side alone ranges from 80-225
- You may use a food cater (we don't provide food catering as a service)
- We do not have a kitchen space available at this time (currently being renovated)
- We do not provide any plates, glasses, or tableware for caterers use
- We will dispose of trash after the event is finished
- You are welcome to rearrange the event side
- If you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask
- We live above the space, so we can easily assist if issues arrise
- The space has been used for many different types of events
How much does it cost to rent the space?
- Starts at $250 for a 4-hour block
- $100 for each additional hour
- $500 for the full day
- Make sure you have enough time for setup and takedown
- Communicate with us if you have questions or special requests
- Weekend events are encouraged to start after 2:00 PM due to coffeehaus hours
